You just haven't a clue

I'm not gonna play EGO with you.
I'm a less than worthless piece of vile hideous **** with no value of any kind.

I'm not gonna play "homelessness" like a badge. it's not. it's just an experience I shared. of-course it's not to the degree of what others have gone through, but it wasn't about that.

After surviving Siberia, my give a phuck/fear button was broken. Homelessness was a breeze in comparison...

You've heard rumors, they are more true than you can imagine....don't come around me with riddles and hints. OUT with it... there is NO "consulate", No "embassy", it's just you.... and them... and... It's so phucking cold...

I'm not trying to "one up" you here... hell, I shouldn't even be talking to you, so many times over. I just plain shouldn't be here, astronomically.

but,,,,,, I'm STILL here.

And dude... you look very smart... maybe very tough too. I know you can hold your own in just about any situation. you'd have someone's back I can tell. and have it good! and that's a value indispensable in all walks of life.

If you're in need of softening me over, or belittling me, forget it... but I encourage you to try...I'm the lowest and least valued of all lifeforms if I could be considered that. I'm worth less than nothing, no matter what I do... and I have a very special place in the deepest pits of hell, that I'm voluntarily going for the all the heinous things I have done overseas. I see it and feel it intimately.

so you keep telling me I have no clue.... yeah, maybe I don't.... but you'll NEVER give me one... your EGO will keep fighting me for what-ever reason, and that's your demon..... not mine.... but when the chips are down, and you need a motherphucker protecting YOUR back in times of trouble... I WILL BE THERE.

Also, don't forget some working people choose to live in a car/van, shower at work or the gym and avoid the hassles and costs of renting/owning a place.

yes you are right. I also dated a millionaire who chose to live as cheap as possible while working in Canada. He wasn't exactly homeless but he would rent a very cheap room to live in or stay with friends when he wasn't working up north. He would even do all his mechanical work on his car to save money.

He would drive his truck to South America from Alberta Canada and sleep in it rather than waste money on flying and hotels.

He told me he loves making money..that's his addiction. He owned property in the US..South America and Panama.

Yes he proved to me that he owned it all.

About 9 years ago I did date a homeless man who unfortunately was also an alcoholic. He had a great heart .

We were together for a couple years. He would work off and on and lived with me off and on until we split up for good. But before I told him it was over....I talked him into rehab. He's been clean for years now...has a steady job and a great woman..I am so proud of him .

I would date a homeless man again in a heartbeat with a great heart than a scummy dirt bag in a suit
BTW he wasn't dumpster diving when we met. We met online and both of us were moving back to our hometown we both grew up in. I found out later that he was an alcoholic and had been homeless for years sleeping on friends couches or wherever. He was a good man and worth helping.

Would you date a homeless person

No.. and I don't know anyone who would.. never heard of anyone doing that either.

What do you do.. pick them up for the date on the train tracks.. or walk them " home" to the first column of the highway underpass?

Not even the ones who are sofa surfing.. why go thru the hassle.. I mean really.. why?

It was a hassle in some ways but we got along well. The way things looked in the beginning were disappointing but he's a human being who deserved a caring person who helped him get out of that black hole. Anyways it ended because I wasn't growing to love him. It wasn't going anywhere that way.

I see your point and there is certainly no shortage of good people who for some reason or another not of their own doing have found themselves in that situation.. I really feel for those people.. and I do help them, if it is within my power too.

But I have come across more then my share of those who are homeless because of repeated bad choices they have made in their life. Those I have less sympathy for.
I feel for them too and yes too many choose this way of life and too many are addicted to something or sick.
Today I am thinking a lot more than ever don't want to be in this situation. Times are much different.

A typical Yank

A typical yank??

Are you still pissed that we won the revolutionary war??

Word to the wise.. don't wear red uniforms in the woods... you guys stuck out like sore thumbs

Back then, that was pretty hilarious, I seriously thought they were deer hunting, but...To their credit...

They don't anymore. Their special forces are some of the toughest Guerrilla fighting hombres on the planet...A compliment due to a great nation. This guy's just mad at me, and thinks I'm a clueless foppish worthless piece of paramecium poo... and.... I am! and probably much worse!!!

I was living in Jacksonville, with someone I was supposed to marry. I caught her in a few lies... I decided against it, so I gave her every cent I had, and moved to Orlando, as I could make something out of nothing, but she had a child, and I wanted her to be comfortable...... Needless to say, I had to start completely over, and it just took awhile.... Every time I had $1500, which would get me into an apt, something would come up, and a lot of somethings came up.... I eventually kicked azzs in a time where business was flat and scarce...... It was what it was... I also helped many people less fortunate, despite my setbacks..... Just glad to have the opportunity to kick it... and gather another handful of wisdom...

She was dating a doctor three months after I left, and even asked for more cash..

I was homeless for close to 2 years, when the savings and loan fell, in August 87- April 89. A great time to break up and give someone everything, lol. It was harsh, but could have been worse. I took showers outside, sometimes under a hose in 20 degree temps....pretended it was a mountain waterfall, lived in the woods with Vietnam vets, and worked jobs during the night, bouncing nightclubs and exotic dancing, as well as signs and special effects jobs when I could get them during the day.

It was hard to come up with the money to get an apartment when you have to live day to day, with no refrigerator to save food, and come up with that mentioned $1,500 first, last, and security. I did eventually, and possibly what helped is, that I don't drink or have vices. most do, and it takes a lot to feed those vices. I was the only one to get out. Very very fortunate I consider myself, and it humbled me consistently.

Funny thing.....The week after I moved in,...they started $99 move-in specials!!!! Man was I pissed!!!!
Out of close to 75 Vietnam vets, and other people down on their luck, I was the only one that got out of that woods. I'd visit from time to time.... The rest had moved south, or died, don't know which.

To this day, I don't think how-ever, that by any means, am I dating material, in any shape or form, and don't want to be. I'm not here for that. My profile would tell you why. Besides, monsters don't date anyway.

Hi V.

You are never the Monster as you said so. flowers flowers
