I just joined and I'm a 54 year old man. However, I am getting lots of emails from young girls and they live no way near me, across the country and some outside of country.
Does anyone know if they are scamming me? And should I report them to the site ? |

Upper right on every profile you will see 'Report This User'
which goes right to Admins and is the fastest way to get the profile scrutinized. Welcome :-) |

The bulk of emails I get are scammers and it really pisses me off because of the wasted time. Here is how I set it up if it is of help to you. I say to the person that because of my problem with scammers I'm fine with emailing here a little but will want to TALK to them in person. Don't get sucked into being a texting pen pal with someone because they are probably not real. I get the man's number and set a time and when I call, I do *67 which blocks my number. If they are real, I give my contact information. If not, I block them on this site. If anybody wants you to do KIK, that's another texting scam site so don't do that. I have actually met two very nice men here so be persistent but be careful too. Good luck with your search!

I wish we could talk about the spammers but the site is on top of it..only reason the nip these threads is the more we talk about them..the better they hide..

You just have to use your best judgement and use your head for something other than a hat rack. Lol. |
