Hot soak and early night or relaxing watching a comedy works best . Part of the reason the internet is appealing ... I can put in as much or as little effort as I feel motivated to and can pull the plug when I have had enough .. laughing .

Yes, definitely. I tend to withdraw and isolate a little too much though, forgetting to get back out there and interact with others. The internet helps but also hurts because I get hooked and don't go out to meet people face to face. Although right now with not having any days off, I prefer to have personal space and alone time whenever I get a chance.
