Hey, I just started dating a girl, we went out for coffee and a drink last week, we hit it off, I really enjoyed her. She asked me for the second date out to dinner, we went out to dinner then got some coffee and then we went up to her place so she could show me some paintings she drew, which were absolutely beautiful. We sat on the couch, talked and cuddled. She later asked me if just cuddling was ok, she said she was a virgin at 25. At the end of the night I tried for a good night kiss and she just put her face in my chest, is she just not ready for the first kiss? Another question I have is I asked her if she wanted to do anything today, but she said no, but then she said she wants to see me again, is she just saying that or does she really want to see me again? I really like this girl and I believe she probably likes me as well.

None of us can read her mind. You should ask HER. I would rather know the truth than to speculate about her intentions.

hummmm if you really like her take it slow everyone has their own oace at things...keep good communication with her that will help alot...let her know you wont rush her...to be a virgin at 25 says alot about her....she has alot of self respect and wants to make sure things are right before taking things to the next level....

Maybe she was busy that day. Ask again, the worst that can happen is she says no. If she DOES say no again, make sure she's got your number, and tell her to call you when she can go out again. If she calls, great, if she doesn't......well, at least you'll know, and that way, you won't be wasting your time chasins someone who's not really interested.

Whatever happens, good luck to you.

I think you should
take it slow.

She might not
have dated that
many men in the past.

If she doesn't want
to kiss on the second
date it means she's
not ready for it yet.

When and if the time
comes, she will be ready.

mry,

I don't agree.

I think they exist.

A 40 year-old virgin
I'd have a hard time
believing.

I wouls say be patient with her and when she is ready to move to the next step then go for it just remember to be gental. IF she really is a virgin don't put it. Just enjoy each other company. It will have to be at her pace.

"LOL, theres no such thing as a 25 year old virgin!"

mry - Actually there are some technicalities on that one. When I got divorced, I had the judge reinstate my virginity status. All you have to do is fill out a few forms and strangely, notify the IRS.

Well, I was looking over the paperwork again and apparently, you notify the IRS so they can be the first ones to screw you again.

Hmm.....

A lot of mixed signals coming from her, virgin or not. Take it slow, let her make the first move to take things further.
