( I did automotive repair for several years )
Go to the library and look in either a Mitchell Manual or Chilton manual referencing the make AND model AND engine code of this particilar vehicle.
Take the entire vin # with you as well, it will help.
Find what reference material ( in the manuals ) you will need to undertake the repairs needed on the vehicle.
Take the manual / s to the copier and make copies of any pertinent information you will need to complete the repairs at home.
By doing this you can take the copied material home ( and leave the thick manuals at the library ) to review as needed to complete the repairs.

most cars after you take the bolt its keywayed you need a pully puller to ge t it off

Before you throw an impact wrench on it be sure the bolt isn't left hand threaded. Once removed tighten the pulley puller, rap on the puller (threaded rod) with a ball pein hammer, tighten the puller, rap, repeat. The pulley will pop off. Don't be afraid of the can of WD-40 on this one.drinker bigsmile Be careful of the oil seal when reinstalling. Better yet, install a new seal. make sure there isn't a wear groove on the sealing (machined)area of the pulley if the engine has high miles. If there is a wear groove replace the pulley too.

no if there is a wear groove you can get a repair sleeve (speedee sleeve) to put on the shaft of the pulley... you wont have to replace it

True, but wouldn't you rather spend forty bucks on a new pulley rather than finding out that the sleeve leaks once everything is put together and running? Rework sucks and for me I will always opt for a new part. drinker

You could also shim out to get the lip to ride on fresh metal but to me that is still a band-aid. Also when you reinstall the pulley make sure to lube the shaft before sliding it in. Wait...... that sounds a little off color eh?laugh
