honestly, part of the journey of a relationship is learning about each other and sharing your past and your ups and downs

I dont think I would much enjoy the company of someone I 'created',,no mystery, no learning curve,, and therefore no bonding

Id like an amazing lover, which I think comes naturally to a great communicator who has the skill of observation

Wouldn't it be incredibly boring if we could create our own partners? It may sound like fun, cos it would be easy, and many feel desperate, lonely etc. But would anyone really want a 'blank' adult that they could 'program' according to their own likings?

Half the fun is finding someone that complements us, even though many have come to abhor that process. Then getting to know that person.
Accepting the one you love the way he/she is, is another beautiful thing. If they'd be exactly the way we wanted them to be, there'd hardly be any contrast left.
And without contrast we tend to get bored and there is no option for growth anymore. We need contrast for that.
It wouldn't make the world a happier place, I think ppl would be far more inclined to cheat, do drugs, alcohol, basically overindulge in anything and everything to kill the boredom and try to feel a buzz from something -anything- just to know they're alive still. People would get miserable as bleep.

Many relationships fall apart because it got to feel like a comfortable worn out shoe and clearly that doesn't make us happy. We want to feel a spark, a buzz, excitement, fun, attraction etc.
So why would you even want to start with a comfortable, worn out shoe and set yourself up for disaster?

As far as a human if they were perfect we would most likely get bored with them.. Mainly just looking for that one we have that connections with and a good sense of humor... Ohh and they have to get along with Sassy~~~~

First , let me say you have a lovely dog.....is it a girl? secondly whos to say loves of our life has to be people my hunting rifle is also the love of my life. think about it....it never nags me , protects me all the time, and always there when I need it....lol
