Great Money with your pet at your side???? Awesome!!

https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/this-company-wants-you-to-bring-your-dog-to-work-143715380.html

More dog owners started bringing their pets, and the company adopted a formal policy. Dogs have to be leashed while on campus, and attended by their owner. They aren’t allowed near food areas, for sanitary reasons. If a meeting is on the schedule, the owner has to get a co-worker to keep an eye on the dog. In some cases, dog owners have been relocated to accommodate a neighbor with an allergy or other aversion to dogs.

Pretty kewl one of the dogs Littlebit, I had several years ago ended up with a broke leg.. Due to where I work at a construction company and only one in the office I took her to work with me every day to make sure she got her meds she needed mainly pain to keep her laying down so the leg would heal properly.

Before she had got hurt had taught her to fetch a ball... After a few weeks and the vet said let her do as she pleases one of the guys without thinking threw her ball she took off across the shop floor to get that ball funny as heck to see a dog with a cast on sliding across the floor to get her ball.. From then on she would go get the ball where ever it was and go up to anyone there to throw it for her...

After she healed and the first time I left her at home all the guys including the owner told me to bring Littlebit back to work the next day..... So she was a part of the shop till she passed. bigsmile

I have mixed feelings about this. I think a select few work sites might accommodate a pet and it is preferable to leaving a recovering pet alone or in some of the other alternatives but think it would be the rare situation it would be best for the pet or fair to coworkers who probably don't love my dog the way I do. Or tolerate the "bodily function's" the way I do. Seems kind of taking advantage. What do you do clock out to make a pet pit stop.

Did you hear about the burglar who broke into a house one night.
As he's putting the family jewellery into a bag he hears a voice say 'Jesus is watching you'

As his eyes get used to the darkness he sees a Parrot and he asks who are you.

The Parrot replies 'my name is Moses'

Who on earth would call a Parrot Moses the Burglar asks.

Parrot replies' the same people who call their Rottweiler Jesus.
