does anyone else go through this ...
with your short term... long term memory...

not working very well ...
I have gotten terrible with my memory...
I have tried to explain it away with certain things I do ...
but I am being called on it a lot
and just feel helpless with it or becouse of it ...
and just have to say I don't remember
I have always supported Alzheimer's org.
and dementia...org

I know this can start out when your even young ...
and now that I am older...
it really does make me feel stupid ...
but I have good days and bad ...

so anyone have to deal with this...
and how do you deal with it ...
using exercises with your brain ... and does that help ...

Try brain training apps and you might try joining a quiz team. The brain is like any other muscle in the body. If it's not challenged, it grows weak. Also these chatrooms should help. One of the worst things you can do is spend endless hours watching tv. I hope this helps smile2

The foods you eat – and don't eat – play a crucial role in your memory. Fresh vegetables are essential, as are healthy fats and avoiding sugar and grain carbohydrates.
To get the most out of your workouts, I recommend a comprehensive program that includes high-intensity interval exercise, strength training, stretching, and core work, along with regular intermittent movement.
