Topic: 14-year-old Maryland girl brutally raped at school

Either way, the girl was raped without her consent by two illegal, undocumented and unknown men that entered the country
illegally. They were put were put into a school(where they did not belong) by liberal, illegal sanctuary city policies. I'm sure that some
liberal attorney or the ACLU will try to distort the facts
as some here have.
I hope the parents sue the pants off the school, the city and
whoever was stupid enough to put them in the school.

again, their citizenship status has nothing to do with their character or alleged criminal behavior

IF there were previous complaints and nothing was acted upon, than the school would be liable.

This is one of many (alleged) rapes that occur everyday in this country and the only ones held accountable are the ones who CHOSE to (allegedly) commit a crime.

Yes it does. Rape is rape! End of story! Not about consent

As far as illegals...real citizens can go off grid but they find them. Illegals...they can't because they know they shouldn't be here. Makes it harder to find themslaphead

if it is true, it is a shame.

not sure whether being sanctuary or non sanctuary would prevent the crime of rape though

Actually...you started the whole statutory thing with this. NO WHERE should that have been broughten up. It wasn't consensual. The title and OP show that.

rapists come in all nationalities and races,,,probably far more homegrown,,,

Again...rape is rape. It does make it harder to catch the rapists if they aren't documented here. Not a hard concept. Common sense

umm, CONSENT is the primary determinant of RAPE

these illegals were in school and the found them just fine

Read the OP. No consent given! They forced her! Illegals have no document or paper trails. That is a difference!. Has NOTHING to do with statutory!

no,, tunnelvision sometimes causes people to attribute my responses to somehow introducing the topic, when I usually have not

first page, do control f for 'consent',,, mightymoe introduced it

Try reading instead of spinning. The girl said NO! Then she was pushed in

Follow the bouncing ball. I hope you aren't defending rapists over a victim

I agree, I was responding to mightymoe and I believe others have also commented about how the age made consent a non issue,, not saying any names

Yes they caught them. They are idiots. Does that somehow diminish what they did?

Focus...she didn't consent!

Thank God I don't luve in Maryland. Guys that age preying on a girl of her age? They would be shot by me. Don't care about the laws...kids that young don't know.

Thank God this isn't about that. It ia about illegals (hard to trace) brutally rapibg a young girl. Can we possibly focus on that instead of making excuses?

I am simply responding to the posts and viewpoints of others.

someone brought up statutory rape and I posted the law in that state

someone brought up age of consent and I referred to the law in that state AS well as my pov

I am not defending anyone , I am just not placing 'blame' on anyones citizenship

whoa

This is about (alleged) rapists in high school assaulting a fellow high schooler

the facts and the courts will determine the rest

I have not excused anything, I have followed the FLOW of the conversation and responded accordingly to the points being made

Respond to the actual, brutal rape. Respond to the illegals that are usually off the grid. The girl in the OP is a victim! Thank God they caught the low lives! Illegals can slip through the cracks. That is the importance of it. Legals leave a paper trail of some sort. Illegals don't.

This child was raped....don't defend it

as a victim I have never 'defended' rape

this child has ALLEGED rape, and most likely was but the facts are not in

responding to THIS case, the 'illegals' were teen rapists who were ON the grid ,,,

illegals can slip through the cracks, so can anti government types, and clever criminals of all nationalities

the importance of their nationality is only that the rape becomes more newsworthy,,, it is no less a shame for the victim than the thousands of other rapes that have occurred by US citizens upon other citizens
