if someone you talked to every night fell asleep on the phone? I understand she always says she's tired. I just wish instead of falling asleep on me she'd say she had to go or something it would be a little less rude or maybe she's just legitimately not knowing when she'll fall asleep. Oh well this doesn't really bother me anymore it used to with a previous girlfriend.

i hate it when that happens cuz im not one who can hang up with out sayin bye...i jus feel bad if i were to jus hang up even if they fell asleep

I did that last night, I was sooo tired, but i just wanted to talk to him a little bit longer, but i ended up falling asleep, took him a bit to wake me up!

When I call her the next day she said she had a dream and I was in it. Which is cool? They fall asleep with you in their mind.

haha. I know this is like the 3rd time. Last night she just didn't call me back which doesn't bother me. The way i figure I must be that important that instead of going to bed she'll call me for at least like 20 mins. I know i'd probably go to bed

I think it's is a comfort thing, I know since I've been talking to this guy, I can't fall asleep at night unless I hear his voice first.

i agree with the comfort thing, i think it's cute that she doesn't want to hang up with you and bluntly tell you she's exhauted. it ounds like she'd rather talk to you until the last minute. which is cute!

This happened to me recently! I met this guy on another site and after a while of emailing, he gave me his number and wanted me to call him! He kept talking about himself, what he does, what he likes, and blah, blah, blah. Then a pause when he asked me about myself. So I went on, telling him pretty much about who I am and what I do. I'd ask questions now and then just to make sure he was listening. Well, I asked a question...and no response. I tried to wake him up, but couldnt. I simply hung up my phone, texed him "good night" and went about my business. He called me about 20 minutes later...expressing his embarassment. I thought it was cute that he just kept apologizing and telling me he was embarassed! He said he would never do it again...and so the next night we talked, he fell asleep again. haha. Its cute, but thats my opinion.

Depending on your schedule during the day, you might be prone to falling asleep! It's the soothing voice of someone that can do it. Take it as a compliment!

My ex used to want me to talk up to 3 hours with him while he was on the road. I couldn't help falling asleep with him! It was not his soothing voice!

I agree. I dont sleep much, and people I talk to know it. I think it's just fabulous if I wall asleep talking to someone...I take it as a sign that I REALLY like them...
