I overheard at the coffee shop yesterday (paraphrased): "You only think my questions so personal because you think your person so questionable." Oh NO...NO...NO! Another couple of triggers.. -Why do you "always"....? -Why are you being so defensive? Any examples of better language to use?

"When you __________, I feel __________". It leads to a less defensive reaction and takes responsibility for your own feelings.

Lot of things to fan the flames or at least start a slow burn for sure. Always interesting how people say how they hate drama but they slice and dice with words with the best of them.
