So do we laugh
Do you not have any?

Ours are yellow...Red, yellow, and green

Ya just had to say it . grumble

Now someone somewhere is offend and will be marching in the streets to change that. laugh

laugh Maybe me! I kind of like orange laugh

LOL,
Technically they are not Yellow.
In the United States traffic lights are
Green - GO
Amber - Proceed with Caution
Red - Stop

Flashing Red - acts like a stop sign
Flashing Amber - Indicates a caution (Slow Down and Proceed with Caution)

In most states, You can make a right turn on red as long as you come to a complete stop and then proceed with caution.

In some states, you may make a left turn on red using the same rules for a right turn on red.

At a 4 way stop, whether it be a flashing red light or stop signs, the person on the left has right-away. (Crossing oncoming traffic)

The lines on the highways are painted traffic yellow or traffic white.
There is traffic blue and traffic red but they are not commonly used.

In most cases, yellow line will be in the center and white on the edges.
White lines can be crossed where yellow lines can't. In 2 way traffic, a dotted line indicates passing is permitted. A solid line and a dotted line indicates that traffic on the lane closest to the dotted line may pass but the other lane may not pass.

That will be $15.00 please. Cash or money order only.

Place the cash or money order in an envelope and seal it. Place the envelope up in the dash, under the console or in another hidden place in your car. Try to forget it is there. When you really need it, you will remember.

Now for a really dumb thing I did...

I had $45 tucked away in a car I had, just in case I was on a trip with the family and misjudged.

I sold the car and forgot I put it there.

(I wonder if the new owner ever found it?)

Edit: It was taped to the top of the steering collumn support bar behind the instrument cluster. I could reach it if I snaked my hand up above the brake pedal.

On second thought, I think I'll put it somewhere else. laugh

Well hopefully he didn't vacuum it up when he was cleaning the car. I shop at thrift stores and one time I found $20 in a pocket of the jacket I bought.

I donate to thrift stores.
I've been one to put $20 in a random garmet from time to time.

You probably found my $20.
I can describe it.
It looks like this:

If you still got it can I have it back?
I'll give you Ten Bucks for it.

Oh my gosh, that's it! And you're in luck, I still have it....well, one just like it. I left yours in a pair of jeans I donated.

I'll still take the ten bucks though, if you don't mind biggrin

Okay, one of the dumbest things I have done was to go out in a canoe by myself, in the middle of the Bay. I wanted to switch sides, so I stood up instead of scooting across the canoe. Then, instead of grabbing hold of the canoe, I tried to save my visor and the ores, so the canoe drifted away. It took awhile, but finally two women rescued me.

Definitely wasn't a lucky day for me. First I end up in the water, and then "women" rescue me tears

Have you ever tried to cool off the salad, then been burned by the soup?

I was cleaning out my closet and storage spaces this winter. I was putting things in boxes to drop off at a srcond hand store that benefits victims of domestic abuse.
I had a black purse i haven't used in forever and was checking all the hidden pockets. I found a gift card i received one Christmas.
I went to the clothing store and asked if their gift cards expire.
They said no. I asked how can i use this? They said we stopped making them like that years ago.
The manager had to call the corporate store and get the balance transferred to a new card.
I went shopping that very day so i don't lose it again.
