I don't put a whole lot of energy into mystical concepts. I used to. I also don't believe in ghosts, possessions, hidden aliens on this planet or much of any conspiracies. I have lived over a half of a century and I have never...NEVER witnessed anything that is beyond reality.(well, except when I was tripping on LSD back in the 70s).

I mentioned spirituality and energywork, not aliens and possession and conspiracies.

I know, no worries. I only mentioned them as an addition so you would understand how I think. I was not implying anything about you.
If spirituality and energywork works for you I have no issue about it. We all believe what we want and that is okay.

Personally, I believe the Universe works in the chaotic butterfly effect. People's minds don't. They tend to work in belief and reason. While it may seem that the two are opposing I believe they are more similar than they appear. I find it interesting.

There are a lot of things....probably need an entire novel to go into every detail about them

I agree, we are all more than our profiles. This is a chance to just offer up some things that others might find interesting too. A chance to connect, mingle. Something you write here might give someone something to message you about which could help start your next relationship.

At the very least, you get to discuss things you are interested in no matter the detail level.

Castor River looks amazing.

You would probably love Johnson's Shut-Ins on the Black River in Missouri too.

There is a campground but I haven't been.

It was a family goto site when the kids were growing up. Lots of swimming and all day picnics.

We used to dive off that very cliff.

It can get pretty crowded in the summer.
But I have met people from all over the world there.

My work and interests are pretty much one and the same, people and health. I coach sports and am a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. Other than that I like to play sports, listen to music, cooking and chatting ******** with friends smokin

Wow, amazing and beautiful. The falls brings back memories of Grand Marais, Michigan. There are a lot of falls around that area, and rocky cliffs with little inlets of water below. I truly miss the Northern States.

I'm interested in Native cultures, so going to one that focuses on that would be great.

While I was living in Missouri I used to take the kids to Cahokia Mounds,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cahokia

At the high point of its development, Cahokia was the largest urban center north of the great Mesoamerican cities in Mexico and Central America. Although it was home to only about 1,000 people before c. 1050, its population grew rapidly after that date. According to a 2007 study in Quaternary Science Reviews, "Between AD 1050 and 1100, Cahokia's population increased from between 1400 and 2800 people to between 10,200 and 15,300 people"

Archaeologists estimate the city's population at between 6,000 and 40,000 at its peak

The entire region is rich with Native American and settler artifacts.

I took my family on a hike of the Trail of Tears as well.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trail_of_Tears

The Trail of Tears was a series of forced removals of Native American nations from their ancestral homelands in the Southeastern United States to an area west of the Mississippi River that had been designated as Native Territory. The forced relocations were carried out by various government authorities following the passage of the Indian Removal Act in 1830. The relocated people suffered from exposure, disease, and starvation while en route, and more than four thousand died before reaching their various destinations. The removal included members of the Cherokee, Muscogee, Seminole, Chickasaw, and Choctaw nations. The phrase "Trail of Tears" originated from a description of the removal of the Cherokee Nation in 1838.

For awhile I lived in the town of Sainte Genevieve, MO.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ste._Genevieve,_Missouri
http://www.visitstegen.com/

Founded around 1740 by Canadien settlers and migrants from settlements in the Illinois Country just east of the Mississippi River, Ste. Geneviève is the oldest permanent European settlement in Missouri.

Ste Gen (as we call it) has many historic sites and cultural events.
There are many charming little shops and plenty of bed & breakfast.

This building was about a block from my house and was being restored while I was living there. Nice to see it finally completed.

As a personal trainer I bet you see many people that respond to coaxing. Have you noticed, are there certain types of personalities that require different strategies or is it basically all the same?

Can you tell the difficult ones by their personality or do you need to work with them to figure out the best way to push them thru?

As a nutritionist I'm sure you have heard and read about eating for blood type and PH. Got any suggestions? Insight?

Oh, I love to cook!
When I was married my cooking was pretty much limited to the grill. The kitchen was off limits for the most part. On my own, one of the things that helped me to refocus was an interest in cooking and entertaining.

I found out I am really good at making unique desserts. I love my crock pot. I make a lot of casseroles too.

What is your favorite dish to cook?
I like lamb or pork chops baked in scalloped potatoes.
That is the one that makes me happy while making it and while eating it.

I usually don't make stuff from scratch. I also don't usually use recipes except for times, temps and ratios.
