Ok I'm a little angry at this post but I would like for you to go into more depth why do you feel this way. I'm always told my age means I should be out there chatting up girls and being all over the place when I'm trying to get my life started. I also go to a college where there is about five girls. I go to the gym but I'm also socially awkward which is an awkward word to spell. I alsokwardlso could say the same thing about you why don't you get out there and chat I hear sewing classes is a good way to get to them.

Probably the same reason there are so many forty somethings with a gaggle of kids looking for husbands.

Sorry I hear all about my age at work and at home I'm just kind of tired of hearing about it. Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm superman or sociable or any other fantasy you have about young people. I swear if I say I'm tired people act like I just lied to them. I do agree us younger lads do have more energy and can tend to do more than older people but it's different for each individual just like anything else.

I do go out but when you have kids (even tho their older)you have other priorities.i work loads. So I'm no necessary looking for a partner, more friendship and see how it goes. I suppose I'm thinking what I did many years ago, I'd go out and actually make conversation face to face.

Also,ome317 quote on sewing is a comparison, as in older people have just as much opportunity to go out socialising as the young weather it be a 'sewing 'group or a night club. All are relevant

Funny thing is I'm a leather machinist and made a lot of money doing so and made jackets for famous foke so I'm kinda one up on him.

Some people are shy,nervous, self conscious, insecure. Being on a dating site helps to reduce such feelings.

I'm confident in who I am, and yet, here I am on a dating site. Why? For me, I'm here to make friends and to feel more comfortable in getting back into the dating scene.
