Yes I do, which is why my post is completely off topic and funny to some. Ok, maybe mostly just me. I'll bow out now.

Wiccan is more a spiritual religion. Most people think Wiccans worship the "devil" and whatnot, when in reality, Wiccans don't believe in the "devil" at all.. or one particular god for that matter. (BGEORGE) Late night trips to the woods are probably what we call circles. It's like a catholic person going to church. And in the Wiccan religion, Halloween is the start of a new year.

You have to believe in something or you'll fall for anything.

You forgot to mention also the charitable side of Wiccan. It provides Federal grants to States for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.

I wasn't aware that the Wiccan religion was now associated with a healthcare system.. Never heard that one.

From my point of view, all religions tell different stories, tales, and teach lessons. That's exactly what religion does, teaches morals. There is one line in particular in the Bible that I see very true. "You are your own church". Which means, if you are a good person, and believe in yourself inside, you're a great person. All religions are, are different roads leading to one same place. Different prospectives, all leading to the same thing. All religions basicaly do the same thing, just in different ways.

UGH!! I just rechecked my facts and I was off again. That's WIC - Women, Infants, and Children.

God, how embarrassing. Again, bowing out. This won't happen again. The alleged funny voice in my head has just been sacked.

Apologies.

Pagans yes. Strictly Wiccans, no. Some are but not all. Check out some of the other threads in the Religion Forum. You'll more than likely find something/one to peak your interest.

I agree. I haven't seen anyone as of yet that is strictly a Wiccan. If I'm not mistaken I did read that someone claims themselves as an Eclectic Gardnerian Wiccan but they aren't strictly a Wiccan.
