Good afternoon my lovely family of m2, yes I'm back on my political awareness campaign for you all. I guess to say its a trip too. In the city of Philly, its cloudy but warm, no rain until this weekend. Shouts out to all my loyal " Vocal Avengers" yaw keep me wanting to continue this, post & making my " Hot Teas Topics" a mega hit , luv ya'll for it, thanks a million. Let's get right into it, I came across this article, I don't know if you will agree or disagree but it states a judge in central Tennessee is hoping to help repeat offenders " make something of themselves" by offering them a highly original & probably unconstitutional deal. Reduced jail time in exchange for sterilization operations. Here's the meat & potatoes of this under a standing order issued by General Sessions, Judge Sam Benningfield, inmates in White County, Tennessee can receive 30 days credit toward their jail time if they volunteer for the vasectomies or contraceptive implants. 32 women already received implants of hormone device Nexplanon & 38 men have signed up to receive vasectomies. What the Heck is this country coming down to. America, help me understand where the logic in this? Do you agree with snip, snip the family jewels will be beneficial? Or are you like me & just a crazier way of depopulation our country? Lets talk about it, I got to hear from the masses.

All replies will be returned
Thank You Sincerely

Ditto on this one.

I am not sure about the OP issue. Seems un-related to the crime?

Reducing the population...I don't think this little smidge of an effort will do that.

EyeAmYourHost39,

Here's my take on this here, okay if you saying for an example I was an inmate , doing time, if I agree with a castration I will have a 30 day credit of my record? okay, what if I serving a life bid? 30 days off isn't worth or enough compensation to cut my nuts off! I think its another way to depopulate America and eventually the world. then what the article didn't mention I research it more and the deal is only for a small period of time. so you nip, nip, snip, snip and if you don't act fast your deal no longer applies and lets just say it sounds like a twisted infomercial. America, if you have friends, loved ones or you know somebody that's incarcerated and doing big numbers in there. advised them if there in Tennessee do not do this.

I had a friend in prison,
He got 3 years.
He got 30 off for the snip
6 months off for having a arm cut off
A year for a leg
But, he was stopped from having the other arm and leg cut off as they thought he was trying to escape bit by bit laugh
Sorry Eyeam, couldn't resist!

I do believe it's an offer to ANY incarcerated offender.

Doesn't sound quite right coming from a judge, they're usually pretty precise in detailing how this offer could help a community, Vasectomies can be reversed, so can contraceptive implants.

Nowhere did the judge say "lop off their nuts" laugh

Thinking again, if he was a sex offender then it's castration and not vasectomies that would suppress the urge?

I am intensely opposed to a judge, deciding all on his own, to create and execute new laws.

Despite the fact that I find myself wishing for gruesome things to happen to certain criminals, my dedication to the rule of Constitutionally based government overrules my emotional wants in cases like this.

John111,

Hey, welcome back it's true a judge want to offer offenders in Tennessee a deal to knock off 30 days off there sentence for castration. I won't make this up. wow a friend did a lot of harm to himself was it a political statement? I know in the past I seen a man put himself on fire at a political rally.

LU Rosemary,

Welcome to my cyber mansion, yeah now that's something I didn't know it can be reversed. I think the deal the judge offering is not a fair one. If he wanted to really help, he could of said for castrations I will knock off 5 years or give a small commissary. what's 30 days? That's no time off.

Okay a man of by the book rules, well for once I agree with you. I can't feel too bad convicts but I am a man of written laws & fairness.
