... bed...let's just say, "home"...Where do you feel most comfortable? Got a favorite pizza place or snooty coffee bar?

What place down the street or in town do you go to talk to people "in the real world".

(Even if you are in any way challenged to get out, where do you like to go when you can?)

My fave crystal shop, but it's an hour's drive and always costs me money, grin.

Otherwise my friend 4 doors down the street.

The beach-club around the corner, frequent that with my daughter in law (my son works there)

The Beach, especially at night.

actually, I feel comfortable where ever I am.

Bars and church I stay away from, not because I am uncomfortable but because I'm not really into those scenes anymore.

The beach is a good one but I also like the mall. There are so many options for things I can do from watching a movie, to shopping, to reading a book to dining to people watching. Very relaxing smile2

On the lake, or water in general. In the woods where no one else is except me, the animals and God. Both are places I can speak to Him in ernest.

I honestly miss one of my favorite restaurants, Mary's Gourmet Diner...

Mary has such a beautiful heart. I have known her many years and she has watched my life unfold, as it were. She greets everyone she knows by name. Always makes time for you...

All inclusive and pure agape love among an eclectic group of people and patrons alike.

Her food is to die for.. Im aching for a tofu breakfast burrito... Cat scratch biscuit... Coffee and a long hug from Mary herself..

Giving it a bit more thought, water.
As a teenager I spent a lot of time out at the creek.
I joined the Navy and sailed 2 tours on an LST ship which is a flat bottomed ship (slept like a baby).
While raising my kids in Missouri I was always at a river, on it, in it or beside it.
Now I frequent the beach.

Not sure if it is the water itself or the sound of water but I love water falls and spillways too. Even had a waterbed for about 10 years.

It is a combination of a lot of things, sound of the water, birds, fish jumping, the aroma, etc...

Bayard Cutting Arboretum. It is quite tranquil and beautiful. Or possibly on a boat in the Great South Bay.

I've lived almost my entire life near or within walking distance of the ocean so some would think the beach holds some sort of magic for me. However, that magic was gone long long ago.

I also enjoy my local Best Market (my grocery store) that I frequent 3 or 4 times a week.

I enjoy reading a lot. It is my passion.
Walking in the park, playing with chidren. Its peaceful and quite relaxing for me.

Introspection of one self.

Sometimes it's also a good idea to look at our not-so-favorite things and memories tooβ€”after all, we do learn from those!

Seeing and knowing my friends are ok makes me feel happy.
