I feel wonderful, so happy and at peace with myself.. That endoscopy scared the crop out of me.. But I'm alive and ready to proceed and fallow dr orders. Finally the homeopath meds are kicking in I hope to receive great results in the next couple of moths of so. Wahoo. Well done lu..

Kinda shattered, but content and at peace. Wee bit hungry. Could do with some beef jerky, a huge good quality burger with the lot, including French fries and a decent amount of mayonnaise to go with it. Oh man, now I am really hungry! Lambs rack with fries would be great too. Better actually. Damn... my mouth is watering now!

A helluva lot better! Had quite the shite yesterday evening, lol, a horrible nightmare last night that totally upset me. I was in tremendous resistance for something I had to do. That is over now, went really well. Such a relief! So now I'm happy again, lighthearted, dancing whilst doing the dishes, singing, just happy :) Nice conversation with him and now going to watch another episode of Outlander.
