Alleviated...finally,it's a wrapped!The exhibit went well.Artworks and paintings done by the children we are supporting in the shelter was a big hit!

Feeling concerned about my blood pressure....it’s kinda high, 192/77 ! I’m trying to think calming peaceful thoughts to bring it down! Wondering if I should go to the ER if it doesn’t come down Hope you feel better soon, Poetry!

Wondering if I should go to the ER if it doesn’t come down Hope you feel better soon, Poetry! If you don't have a primary physician to make an appointment with if it does come down, then keep an eye on it, if it stays up, then go. Your bottom number isn't bad and acceptable. Just keep an eye on it and check it after resting a few minutes.

Feeling so thankful for Stu and Pisces to be concerned about me! Went to Med Express yesterday because it wasn’t coming down, they gave me some BP medication to try- Took the day off from work and I’m just taking it easy. It’s down a little bit....yay! I do have a PCP that I’m seeing on Thursday...! Hope you’ll be feeling complete happiness soon, Pisces!
