I've come to suspect that offering bribes isn't the most effective way to bring such information to light. Plus, I can't think of a true impeachable offense that someone could know about and hide, which wouldn't involve themselves being culpable in a very bad way as well. |

I think Trump offered money to people to find something about OBama. I think polticians in general pay third parties to find dirt on their opponents.
