take up the acoustic guitar, it's pretty easy to learn, you can take it to park and it will attract the ladies even if you're not all that good at it... even all by your lonesome it cures the blues... oh yeah, it don't crap in the backyard either...lol it's worked for me for over 50 years now.. try it, you might like it..
