I think Ryan has aspirations to be president at some point. He can run for Governor next which would be more local and good step toward his ultimate goal.
I'm not a huge Ryan fan but I think he did a good job overall. It must be very frustrating to Ryan and most House members to work so hard to get bills past(over 400)just to be shot down by a very dysfunctional Senate. |
