It's an emotion that makes you light headed, makes your heart beat faster, makes your tummy feel all rumbly and funny, it makes your palms sweat, your knees shake. It's a lot like being violently ill and on the verge of puking.

Good post! Needs some thinking...but "off the cuff" and there are a few different levels to choose from... Love is putting the other person before yourself, with faithfulness, understanding, compassion and more. Great question..will give it some thought.

Love is butterflys in your stomach when you think about them, your heart leaps when you know their calling, you laugh at them when their doing something dumb, something you can say without saying anything, makes your nervous when they are around you, a jolt that goes through your body when they touch you, makes you think about them 24/7, something that will make you go to the ends of the earth to find them, something that makes you give up everything for them, and it makes you light headed when they say something sweet or romantic. Love is not sex.

It means different things for different people. I think it means loving their little quirks and faults as much as their great qualities. It's getting past infatuation and still realizing, wow I still want to be with this person. It's companionship, a best friend, number 1 supporter. The one who you would put their interests above your own, but she wouldn't expect you to and would appreciate it when you do and reciprocate.
