Met none.
Had ONE coversation with a guy who *seemed* promising, but after we'd moved to e-mail and chatted there for a day or two..after him not replying to me on there *or* here for a few days...he finally did, and asked "who is this?".. So, f**k him... Guess he;s talking to so many women he can;'t keep up...LOL That's it. I'm not counting the Forum people I have breifly chatted with for one reason or another... I am referring to potential dates. |

None,i havent been on this site long. All of my contacts so far have been bots or catfish its unfortunate but a little bit of patience should pay off in the end

I've given up meeting anyone from here..
There are maybe 5-6 guys within 100 miles of me who have been online in the past couple weeks (most show last online over a mpnth ago)..and they have nothing written on their profile, or say stuff that rules them out. I'm searching further afield, but those messages I send either get ignored, or say "too far"... (even though I state in the message I would readily relocate if the situation was right/ if it came to that, as I have no ties here) |

I have had several messages here from Men ,not on these Forums . They are real, here to date. They live Miles from me. and I am only willing to date from a few States. Everyone on here has their own personal Preferences.
This is a Social site. Most date from their LOCAL area.. Some dating sites don't work that way. |

You ladies are missing out; as I posted a few nights ago I somehow got on the other side here and was looking at men's profiles. I was amazed looking at the (mostly) dirtballs you can pick from and then.........it was about a 60 y/o Sean Connery! Didn't really sound like him but it was his photo!
Guess I should have made note of who and where he was. Oh well, life's a mystery. |

I actually meant of the real users you met here in this application not the people you met in person in real life by this application but it's good seeing your shared stories  it gives some hope that there are some real accounts here and it's application This is my second "incarnation" here. Back in the day I don't remember the balance / percentage of scammers to have been tipped so far off kilter as it seems to be today.(I blame smart phones, lack of long distance charges, and cheap internet connections). Anyway, back in the day I found a nice lady and we had a good long run. This time (past 3 months), well, I know I've met several real people online but no one that's ready for a face to face. I understand this as I'm quite "intense" and my life is convoluted to say the least, and I doubt that will change. But I'm not looking to just find some body but that somebody that can handle the weirdness that is my life and enjoy what ride I've got left on my ticket before the park closes. |

I have met just one. Here in England sixty miles is quite a long journey, too far for regular meetings, but I do hope to meet up with this nice lady again.
Would be nice to find someone to share a meal with who lives only a few miles from me, but as most members seem to be from the USA I think that is rather unlikely! To answer the original question, I have chatted here with maybe a dozen 'real' people - that is people with whom one can have an intelligent and articulate conversation. Too often, a polite 'hello' produces a porn website for a reply with no further conversation. Needless to say these get reported! |
