I have heard they have cell phones for kids that have two buttons besides 911- one for mom and one for dad. Buy your daughter one for Christmas and get a great answering machine. Stop answering the phone and record all of her messages. Let her know you'll no longer be answering that phone and the cell phone is for your daughter. If she needs to reach you, give her a number for emergencies, such as a third party. Or, you can stop taking her calls or let her know you're ending the calls as soon as you find out what she wants. If she no longer has a listening ear, she'll stop talking.
