Holy cow...
Just checked the rainfall stats. This is the worst single day rainfall in almost 40 years. It's rivaling 1982 with some areas having already received 7 inches, and it won't be over until midnight. In 1982, 5 dams burst due to heavy rain. I lived about 1-1/2 miles from where it happened. Those images are permanently burned into my brain.
