I've used Thumbtack several times to hire help with something.

Look at the website to see what it takes to register as a vendor.

You could try your local employment office.

Or,

The 'help wanted' section of your local newspaper.

Facebook might help you. I have Facebook friends who advertise wanting to cut grass, pressure wash, cut hair, etc. I also see people asking for recommendations on someone who can stain decks, plumbing, etc. I sold some blocks on Facebook Monday and was shocked at how quick I got a response. Good luck

We took down an old block building and wanted to get rid of them. I sold them cheap because my main goal was a clear yard.
