Too bad for that. The judge here sets a precedent that public media statements are 'protected' as mere hyperbole. So that kind of limits Trumps own future of defamation claims as well as reinforce the ability for leaders and politicians to throw out whatever lies or nonsense they wish to as long as its on social media.

It's thrown out cause of her lies and no evidence to support her exaggerated lies. She has been with whomever she chose to be, consensually .

But the defamation case was about being called a liar regarding a threat. and the Judges ruling had nothing to do with whether there were lies or not, as he wrote this: ""The Court agrees with Mr. Trump's argument because the tweet in question constitutes 'rhetorical hyperbole' normally associated with politics and public discourse in the United States. The First Amendment protects this type of rhetorical statement," Otero wrote." The judge ruling implies that public figures can defame others on sites like Twitter under the protection of the first amendment because their statements should not be taken literally. hyperbole: exaggerated statements or claims not meant to be taken literally.

Egged on by Democrats to harass Republicans in public places, is at it again, targeting a Republican senator in a restaurant. A pack of them went after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as he dined in a Cuban-style restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky this weekend, along with his wife and Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, mobbing, screaming, throwing trash and basically doing what they do best. It all started when the they were out at popular Cuban restaurant Havana Rumba on Friday and some angry diners decided to approach their table: “Oh yeh, why don’t you get out of here?” the protester says. “Why don’t you leave our entire country.” Same act they put on for Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, former Environmental Protection Agency chief Scott Pruitt, and White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders. But this, time, things didn't go the way they thought things would go. Patrons, the people they could care less about disturbing as they made their protests, rose up, waved their hands, and confronted the screamers, protesting their disturbance of the peace. But something about this incident suggests an end to the narrative. The public is fed up, and won't stand for this anymore. Obviously, the public is no longer interested in playing unwilling audience to the left's theatrics and thuggery, and that's going to affect how many more of these incidents there are, particularly with everything being filmed and posted to the Internet. The screamers no longer look heroic and the public, who are voters, aren't going to stand for their little act much longer: both republican and moderate democrat's. ---------------------- If they keep on attacking republican elected and republican appointed officials the public will, most likely, remember this come election day. The left wing of the democratic party are burning their bridges.

The Dems voted a TRAITOR with his fake as hell birth certificate into office and would have put another TRAITOR Hillary into office and there they are whining about Trump..really..Where do they think this country would be now had they all gotten their way..they shouldn't be yanking our MAGA hats off ..they should be thanking us for having voted Trump into office.. the usual ... fake birth certificates, traitors, and the indication that anyone has a CLUE what party aggressive people or members of mobs belong to, or that they only exist with democrats and ESPECIALLY that false narrative wars, as you put it, are only a democrat thing ... If people dont like Trump for lying about a hooker, they are as DUMB as those who didnt like Clinton for lying about an affair , right? And I agree, cheating is a marital problem, not a national one. But people who dont care for Trump as POTUS because of his lack of integrity or honesty IN GENERAL, his apparent disdain for so many types of Americans, his chumming up with dictators and attacking critics and allies ... those people have more reason from TRUMPS OWN LIPS to justify those feelings than those peddling these same unproven false narratives about birth certificates and traitors.
