Okay, I'm forever seeing posts about Trump. This video, pretty much sums up my feelings about him. No more words needed really. Just watch it, and discuss.

The discussion will probably turn into one about liberals, fake news, or Trevor Noah.

I guess it just did. :joy:

Kanye supports Trump. If Trump doesn't look good, our country doesn't look good. That means be respectful to our president and stop the nonsense.

What nonsense? And why should I respect Trump?

Because he is bringing jobs back to our country. He has given the average American a tax cut. He is donating his salary to charity. He is taking on issues past presidents were too chicken to deal with. He is a good father to his kids etc. Liberals talk crazy crap as reason they don't like him because they are embarrassed to say they hate him because he is cutting entitlements.

I'm not sure if I'm a liberal, I just dislike him as he's not very nice, and probably couldn't even spell the word respect. I think to him it probably means people who shove their tongue up his backside. He's about as shallow and repugnant as any I've ever come across. And if he's not deeply rascist and sexist I'll eat my hat. Money is his god, his mantra, his everything.

He calls it like he see it. I like honesty.

If you want to offend a conservative, lie to him. If you want to offend a liberal, tell him the truth.

Ted Roosevelt

I love honesty. And I hate politics, so your comment is kind of lost on me. I've never voted for any1 in my life. Never found any1 worth voting for. But you honestly think Trump tells the truth?
In a way he does. But not intentionally. Politicians are usually quite good at disguising the truth, and fooling., or at least trying to fool people. I've said before, that the only good thing I can say about the Donald, is his inability to fool anybody.

I'm not a liberal. I don't care who he has sex with. I don't blame him for tax decisions his family made when he was 3 years old. I don't care how much golf he plays. From what I see the man is pretty honest. Some women let men with money and power do whatever they want to them. For instance stormy. I don't believe his wife would be with him if he was a cab driver living in a modest 3br home. So I don't see him as sexist. I don't think immigrants from Africa want to go back and live in poverty. Africa is a shithole. They show the poverty and violence all the time. So I don't see him as racist. Immigrants have become a parasite on our country. They are making a run on the border like locusts. It's costing a fortune to deal with the issue. I see him as honest. The me too movement started as a good thing. Now women who want money and 15 minutes of fame have turned it into something bad. I've see women cry about getting their *** grabbed and then confronted with a video of them grabbing a man's ***. Well he didn't tell me to stop was the defense.

What I care about is jobs for me, my kids, and in a few years, my grandkids. I want a strong army defending our country. I want less taxes and better quality of life. I want freedom to make choices for myself. I want safe streets without a terrorist running me over with a car or an illegal attacking me or my family. I want the American dream that I grew up thinking was possible.

Wow. For some reason I can hear Elvis singing look away, look away.
And keep thinking of fear and loathing in las Vegas
Parasites? Poli = many , tics = blood sucking creatures
I want a strong army, I want low taxes. I don't give a good god damn how any of this is achieved. Screw Mexico, F%@* the 3rd world, its a shithole anyway.
Let's eat hotdogs and live the dream, another cheese burger in Paradise.
Build a god damn wall, it'll be cheaper in the long run. Hell put snipers on there, and tommy guns, that'll show them we mean business.
For some reason I can't help but think of this poem too

I feel genuinely quite saddened that you feel that way

You would want less taxes if you had a job or anything that required you to pay taxes.

It saddens me that you aren't educated enough to understand the importance of a strong military.

It's not the USA's responsibility to support Mexico. These illegals are smuggling drugs in and some are phentnol and killing our citizen including kids. It saddens me you are easily tricked into thinking that's ok.

From what I see most liberals can't support themselves and the Democratic party takes advantage of "simple people"

I am curious where one sees into the lives of 'most liberals' or 'most conservatives' for that matter?

what does 'most' mean in terms of experience? 12 or 15 amongst millions? The majority of democrats and republicans have not ever been on welfare, so they must be supporting themselves somehow.

the 'its all them' nonsense is juvenile.

Okay. I'll politely bow out of this discussion, for now at least.
Now I can hear the song war pigs, by black Sabbath.
My dad always said to me, never discuss religion or politics, it causes more wars and arguments than anything else. Saddly I think he's right.
Maybe that's why I love Dada so much, it pokes fun at nonsense, bringing a sense of irony.
I'm not even sure what a democrat or a Republican is, and frankly, I don't really care.

We have technology that allows us to talk to people all over the world. We aren't stuck talking to a small group of coworkers, church members etc. Most democrats, if you keep them talking, will admit they can't support themselves and are receiving a govt check or foodstamps or both. You talk to republicans, keep them talking and they talk about long hours at work and paying taxes to the point of being financially strapped.

Ms h, you should use technology to better educate yourself about people who support different political parties. Abolish ICE and welfare for all definitely isn't going to attract a voter who works 80 hours a week.

Use technology and keep them talking and I will find out about what MOST democrats or republicans do and if they can support themselves? yeah ... okay. How are people keeping so many people talking so long if they are allegedly spending so much effort and time working to support themselves?

no answer necessary, more nonsense.

I post from work on my breaks all the time. I've often gave info about my financial situation just like plenty other posters.....including yourself. So how is it nonsense? I'll wait.

Thursday is the first time they took retirement saving out of my check.

Monday after working a 10 hour shift, I sold blocks to folks on Facebook. Me and my son are tearing down an old pump house. We are doing projects to get this home ready to rent before we leave next weekend. I painted an outbuilding a few weeks ago. Between prep work and paint, it took me about 20 hours. After I move I'm going to have a friend helping me with a bathroom remodel. The reason I volunteered last Friday, to have a little extra money to help cover the cost. Saying republicans don't work is nonsense. Our productivity is what we are being taxed on. Tax cuts are what we are voting for. I could pay my utilities with what I paid in taxes this week and have enough left over to take my daughter to Mexican for Texas fajitas. But instead we ate pasta salad at home so someone else could eat steak on their foodstamps.

You're on social media, at work? lovely. haa....

I often get information about the views of non liberals and white people on line too, doesnt mean I know what 'most' non liberals or whites do to SUPPORT THEMSELVES ..lol.

I HAVE NEVER said republicans dont work, because that is NONSENSE. Just like saying DEMOCRATS dont work is.

Voting changes those laws. Our country has gotten unbalanced and needed a change. Trump is providing that change but the ones who arent benefiting are getting violent.

Yes i get on social media at work. So do a lot of my coworker. One read on Facebook that her son is getting a divorce. We looked up the guy his wife is cheating with. Getting on social media during break is very common. I also answer text and call my daughter. Does your employer not allow you breaks?

I also found a buyer for the blocks from work. Checked rent prices in my area. Joined a couple of groups who list properties so I will be ready to list as soon as I'm out.

The employers I have had allowed breaks. They just didn't allow the misuse of company property, like using their computers to socialize or hang out on social media.
