Hope Hicks, the former White House communications director and long-time confidante of President Donald Trump, plans to turn over documents to the House Judiciary Committee as part of its investigation into potential obstruction of justice. Rep. Jerry Nadler, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, sent Hicks a detailed letter earlier this month, asking for documents on a wide range of topics, including over former national security adviser Michael Flynn's false statements to the FBI, the firing of then-FBI Director James Comey, Trump's involvement in a hush-money scheme to silence stories about his alleged affairs and the drafting of a misleading 2017 statement to the media about Donald Trump Jr.'s 2016 meeting in Trump Tower with Russians. The request included documents from "any personal or work diary, journal or other book containing notes, a record or a description of daily events" about Trump, the Trump campaign, the Trump Organization and the executive office of the President. Hicks and other current administration officials have agreed to provide documents to the committee, according to Nadler's spokesman Daniel Schwarz. Hicks' attorney declined to comment.

I am ashamed to admit I actually helped campaign for John McCain when he ran for president. I did not realize what an egotistical arrogant man he was. I am grateful that he lost. There are many military men who were POW's, but none so vocal or arrogant about it as McCain. Frankly, the man is dead and finally buried after hauling him all over the country in his coffin. Good Grief, what an embarrassment. He's DEAD. let it go. Trump should let it go, and for the good of all our military who are good and honest, let it go. McCain was just another senator who spoke out of both sides of his mouth.

The dems are working very hard because they only have another year or so to find something that will keep Trump from running for reelection and winning!! Between Mueller and the house democrats, I wonder how many billions of taxpayer money they are wasting to prevent Trump reelection?? Oh well, it is just our tax money and there is nothing more important that it could be used for!!

That's straight out of the GOP handbook. 1) He promised that Mexico would pay for the wall but now wants to saddle the American taxpayer with an expensive wall that will only solve about 30% of the problem. 2) He promised that he would replace Obamacare and that it would cost us less and cover more people. But insurance companies are now telling us that with the abandonment of the individual mandate, rates are expected to once again increase by 30% to 40% per year and cover fewer people. 3) He promised us he would release his taxes after he took office. He hasn't yet released them. 4) He promised us that he would solve our trade deficit. After he launched his trade wars, our trade deficit surged to an all-time high. 5) He promised that he would solve our budget deficit. Instead, it's expected to double under his leadership. 6) He promised us a better deal with Iran. But under the "new Trump deal" Iran can pursue nukes TODAY. 7) the only promise he's kept - He promised us during the campaign that if we voted for Hillary, we'd have a president constantly under Federal investigation. And in that, he was correct.

Those at the age of 16 do not have the common sense, knowledge or wisdom to understate government policy or international politics. Between the Green New Deal and now this they could split the democratic party in 2020.

I also don't feel those who don't have common sense, knowledge or wisdom to understand government should RUN for government, regardless of age. But that hasn't stopped us from electing such a person to the White House. And in terms of voting, it is a constitutional right once a citizen is of age. and that obviously has no prerequisite of having common sense, knowledge, or wisdom to understand government.

I think here in the UK that it would make sense for those aged 16 to 18 to take part in a young person's parliament, where they can discuss and vote on the issues of the day. The result of their voting would need to be taken seriously by the adults as they will soon be voting the same way as an adult. I imagine that the same could apply to other countries, even to TrumpLand.

I can't help but notice that those who would seem to approve of the dozy Donald never quote reports and chat in a way that is so confusing I find it hard to understand exactly what point they are trying to make! I like Donald Trump in the fact he doesn't take any **** from anyone. He makes decisions and does so with more support than is even imagined. Having said that I have always disliked the side of Trump that doesn't know when to shut his freaking mouth. He still needs to learn less is more.

Did you see confirmation of sex or prostitution in that news article? I must have missed it! No argument that she moves in power circles as do other individuals who arrange introductions. I would think most lobbyists would fall in that same circle along with most upcoming politicians. Who you know is often more important than what you know.
