why is that I report & block members the same members blow me a kiss the next day thought they were blocked how can they keep bothering me

since the site now allows the changing of user names, they can create a new profile then change the name back and presto they can message you again.

When you block someone it only Blocks them from E-mailing you it does not keep them from Viewing your profile or sending nudges or friends request... Forum Admin Kristi

Thank you Kristi, that explains something that happened to me a few months ago. I thought it was a glitch, but I see it is allowed to happen (friend request from a blocked person). Thanks!
