I know that this entry will sound racist, but I need to know the following.

First, HOW do I tell/inform/request, that dating web-sites STOP sending me nude pictures. I dont need to see a womans private parts, to know if I will enjoy her company.

Also, without seeming racist, how do I tell the same web-sites that I am looking for a nice, young, Latina, for friends, dating, and so on? Maybe an 18-30 year old.

On the first part, the site does not send you the nude pictures. It is no doubt scammers. All you can do is report them and block them.

You can use the search feature for the second part.

I can only advise you about this dating site. I don't work for others.

Anyone can view your profile here. You can't stop that but you can set filters in place to prevent members who don't fit your criteria from messaging you. You can do that here http://cpn.mingle2.com/inbox/filters

You can write in your profile what you're looking for.

1st the site is not sending you anything.
the sent stuff is from the persons who created the account.
there is only one way to prevent anyone from viewing your account
and that is deactivate you account and don't be here.
if you wish, report and then block said profiles.
you can set filters on who can mail you from mail>limit who can send me mail
age is one of the restrictions.
after that you can set search parameters such as age and distance in basic search
and advanced search allows even more filters
just remember to scroll down and press find matches after making your advanced selections
