Well at least you know how to cook it better next time happy

Definitely, and thinking about it it was nice. Probably wrap it up better so it's more sealed and add a small amount of water so in effect your steaming it. I've frozen the other half bigsmile

Hi soufie.
Zucchini, maybe it's Spanish or Italian decent?
Anyway, got some great recipes from here. Thanks for them bigsmile

Yes, it's a good old film. You'll need an ice cold beer by the end drinker
No joy on YouTube, wrapped up tight ;-(

BTW I make stuffed zucchini 'slippers' as they are called..
cheeses, breadcrumbs, an egg to bind, baked..real pretty too ;-)

no, White pudding is definitely an Irish thing. Black pudding was invented in Bury, Lancashire. Mind you, it is definitely a "this is all we've got, so what can we do with it?" kind of food happy

Pig's blood and fat with a few secret herbs added happy It sounds disgusting but it's actually great, especially just out of the pot of boiling water and spread with mustard from Bury Outside Market.

We've always used grated zucchini to make bread and cake, just wondering if you can also use marrows in the same way?

I'm not a fan of it but it is popular especially on a full English breakfast bigsmile
You don't know how bad we've had it over here sad

Using blood and left overs. having to stuff a big vegetable, boiling chicken carcass for soups, the list goes on
