So sad to see them fold after 180 years, they played a big part in bringing travel and holidays to the masses, I have had many great value holidays to wonderful places, spare a thought for the thousands who have lost their jobs

It just shows you how bad its getting over here now these companies have been around over 150 years and going **** up because they don't change with the times and the fat cats at the top keep getting more and more money

Well when I booked it took 10 sec to pay, they folded then everyone was told it would be two weeks before they could claim because a special fast system was being introduced , the special page went live this morning, guess what? It failed in a few minutes because of huge traffic , what did they expect but huge traffic?
When it was possible to submit a claim a notice tells you it will take 2 months!!,
By this time they will have had my money for 10 months, plus I have had to stump up for a replacement,
I doubt the directors will wait 2 months for their salaries and probably bonus too
