Ever had a terrible heart break? Going into a new relationship, will you still open your heart like you did before that got it broken?

In the longer term I believe that is possible for everyone affected by a bad break up in the past. It just takes time to recover, some take months others years, we are all different.

My marriage was a nightmare. But at least, I know all the warning signs now.

I believe each experience changes you in some way whether it be good or bad.

I will never fall for a brokenhearted man again!! I did it once and when he was healed he went back to his ex. I think i just helped him to face his demons. A month later they broke up again and he wanted me back. It's been 3 years now but i will never take him back

No. I've changed since then. I've found different ways to climb trees. I've discovered new things like skydiving or zip lining.
I will never be able to approach anything the same way as I did in the past.
I'm just not that person anymore.
