I never knew there was an extended version. I was watching it online and time and again I thought "I've not seen this before? Or have I?"
I was almost thinking I'd lost my marbles, hihi. But nope, nothing wrong with my marbles, there is an extended version.
To be honest, I find it annoying. There's good reason for them cutting those extra parts in the normal version. The extra bits do not add anything, if nothing else they take away from the story.
So I'd say the normal version is better. You can buy the extended too though.
