Have you ever lived in a tree house? Was it interesting ? Were there any spiders πŸ•· or centipede which kept you awake all night @@

When I was at Disney World, I went through the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. It was really cool.

My aunt&uncle had one when I was a child and nothing was
more exciting than getting to their house and being sent
outside to play and climbing up into that treehouse which
was huge, they had 5 kids.

I liken it to riding a carousel when you are young, the
breeze making your hair flow behind you, the swelling of
your heart when the pony rose high into the air then
plunging back down as you held on for dear life.

They are magical, everyone loves a fort so it does not
surprise me to see adults returning to that nest ;-)

Sorry I cannot answer to the bugs as kids never
notice them.

(You still safe where you are hun?)

I don't know if you can get Animal Planet on TV but there is a show called Treehouse Masters that has all kinds of amazing treehouses on it.

There were lots of guava and mango trees in my neighborhood where I grew up. No tree houses though.

Did you think about asking your family to build one then

LOL my father would have said "what for.. you practically live up there?" It's true I climbed trees and stayed up there for hours, eating fruits or just watching everyone.
