From the moment my eyes pop open
in the mornings, I wake up, in the
state of being grateful & amazed,
just to simply be alive.

Amen

A very easy way to give your immune system a tremendous boost:
Focus on gratitude 10 minutes a day. After 4 days your immune system has already improved by 50%!!
~Joe Dispenza

For most it's not so easy to feel gratitude, joy or love, but it is actually not that difficult if you take a bit of time for this.
Focus on something or someone that makes you feel grateful and fills your heart with joy. This can be anything from (grand)children, a pet, your hair, a walk in nature and so on.

All it takes is 10 minutes a day to feel great!
I say, go for it!!

First thing every morning, and the last thing at night:heart:
Positive thoughts and gratitude for the joyous moments in your life is a powerful tool that we all have.
Use it:wink: smile2

I agree, it is a powerful tool. My personal experience and what I have witnessed in others is that having gratitude... feeling grateful, joyous, and love... helps with all sorts of things, including depression. As depression can weaken our immune system, it makes sense that gratitude, love, and joy can strengthen our immune system.

Thank you Crystal for giving us tools to feel great.

Nice ladies!
It inspired me to get going with it again today :)
What always helps me is listening to a few songs from the Peter Gabriel Secret World Love tour. I often watch it too (YouTube).
Seeing & feeling how they enjoy doing what they're doing, how they gel together, have fun, Manu Katche's drums, hell, that gets me there, hihi.

I've been listening a lot to binaural beats of late, 432Hz, to avoid radio & news, but after days of that, weeks even, I need something else :)
Peter does the trick, grin.

Make it a great day!

Gosh, I so love this! How love can help you stay strong and/or heal...
The abridged version...
When in stress all the energy & blood goes to the parts of the body that have to do with fight or flight or hide: the adrenal glands, the extremities, the back of the brain etc.
There is nowhere near enough energy to keep the immune system strong.
The nervous system is triggered in a different way to accommodate this, but if a stress situation goes on and on, it causes illness and dis-ease.
The heart shrinks as it gets less blood.

Now if you can shift into love, gratitude, joy...
Blood flow changes, goes away from the adrenal glands, oxytocin is produced and other relaxing hormones that make you feel good.

The heart and its vessels will swell up, and this you can FEEL when you do a heart meditation and really get into the groove! I know, cos I regularly have that, it's almost freaky, hihi. Not painful, just a 'full' feeling.
The nervous system works in a way that it produces health promoting hormones, the immune systems begins to work optimally too.
AND on top of that: the heart gets more blood, as does the thymus gland that is located above the heart!
This gland shrinks in puberty, but... when it gets more blood again, it begins working again and starts releasing hormones that trigger the creation of anti-bodies!

Aren't our bodies amazing? We are so strong, our immune system can handle SO much! But we ARE energy beings in a physical body, which means that our energetic state (fear, anger, stress, etc or gratitude, love, joy) defines how our body is doing.

A wonderful 13-min clip of Abraham Hicks speaking about the pandemic.
It goes together really well with what I posted earlier.

Explained by another person how it works to stay healthy & strong when you are happy and in gratitude etc.

You hold immense power

Have you ever noticed that when you are feeling vibrant, happy and engaged with life, you never get ill, even if every member of your family are being hit with seasonal colds and flu! Your energy system protects you and when you are in your vital and harmonious energy, then your physical body will be kept in that very same place.

Now let’s take a different example. Have you ever noticed when you’ve had a headache, you were already feeling stressed or out of sorts beforehand. I doubt you’ve been struck by a headache on the days you felt amazing, vital and vibrant, it just doesn’t work like that. Your energy system was already a bit off and that is why you developed your headache. Your physical body manifests the imbalance in your energy system as physical symptoms.

Everything that you experience in your health and body has already been present in your energy system for a while. And if you have chronic physical conditions such as migraines, IBS, recurring slipped discs, or autoimmune diseases then these energy patterns have been in your system for a long time.

Everything that you experience is already held in your energy patterns, so when you can learn to change those patterns then you can truly and deeply heal your physical body, balance your emotions and change your interaction with your own life.

Your energy is the first place you experience your world. When you wake up and you are feeling a bit vulnerable, that is because a pattern in your protective energy system isn’t quite holding. And if you know how to shift and manage that energy system then you can quite literally change your life and how you experience it. Because you are very, very powerful. You have complete control over your personal world and your worldview. 100%.

How will you change your world today?
Much love,
Prune

The Harvard Medical School also reports the following:

From the Wexner Medical Center of Ohio State University:

has been at the forefront of this field.

In short, qualified medical scientists have found

My husband is a neuroscientist. He also eats fairly well and still developed chronic heart disease. Our doctors at the highest-rated Heart Facility in Germany told him he had to have either a series of 17 stents or a triple-quadruple by-pass (yes they were fighting amongst themselves.

He refused ALL surgery and opted to go on a plant-based diet with no oil, I bought him a dog to make him go walking.

Our doctors told us this would NEVER work.

In Sept 2018 his LVEF was at 17%. Feb 2019 it was at 50% with normal be 55-65%.

Many of the things Harvard is studying, same with Ohio are all things done by "unqualified" others for decades, even centuries.

I am not here to say All science is wrong, but the idea that everything can be proved scientifically is not accurate.

For your immune system to improve, you need dirt (yes the true source of Vitamin B-12 is actually dirt. So being a clean freak is not good. Go see the experiments of super cleaner houses in Japan and the US compared to those who lived in more dirty environments and dirty kids get sick much less even though they are exposed more.

However, being grateful, being happy, laughing (see: Norman Cousins) all improve immunity. Sleep and good exercise do as well.

So for us: Plant-based, now adding some cold-water fish, we drink Vitamin C about 5 grams a day over the whole day. We take a few select vitamins like B complex, Omega 3 from krill, DHEA and Pregnenolone, digestive enzymes, and probiotics.

We do avoid dairy and use nearly no oil. Eat about 60% of our food in a raw state and unprocessed. Now my husband is an amazing cook and knows how to put most meals on the table in 10-25 minutes.

We are doing Home Office and he set alarms so we dance for 5-10 minutes per hour and manage to do that about 5 times a day. Simple just have music on (we were gifted Spotify so we use that) and just get up and dance and wave your arms, That will get you heart beating. We also lift some weights we have to improve and keep upper body muscle tone.

My husband is 69 and I am 38 and actually he is healthier and way stronger than I am.

If you want to try a simple thing to prove how your posture and mood are related do the follow:

Stand up, about 9 feet-3 meters from the wall. Look down at the floor about 3 feet 1 meter from the wall, slump your shoulders, frown and think about all the terrible things you can think of. and feel how you feel. Do that for 30 seconds, which will feel like forever.

Next look up to where the wall meets the ceiling. Put a big huge smile on your face, like you won the lottery for 10 million, lift your chest up like there is a string pulling it to the ceiling and stand there taking deep slow breaths for 30 seconds.

You will instantly feel the difference an these things have been measured by scientists (I don't think they are all bad but do think some of the WooWoo people could learn to be a bit more something when speaking)to increase releases of positive brain chemicals.

This is why the Fake it until you make it works. You can fool your mind with your body and create a new habit.

Those are ours, my husband's list is far longer.

And you should always Obey

Don't underestimate soundhealing if you're a sceptic. I do it myself and it works a treat!
