Welcome to Mingle2.
Firstly, no reply is a reply. Secondly, your profile doesnβt tell us anything about you so many would just skip past it and move on to the next profile. Wishing you good luck nonetheless

| Firstly, no reply is a reply. Lightbulb went on, thank you | |

Quite simply put... you're in South Africa. So you're addressing mostly American women on here. Chances of success are close to 0.
Find a place with women in your country and you will have more luck.

Yeah I've been messaging local ladies but I noticed forums are dominated by American users.

| Yeah I've been messaging local ladies but I noticed forums are dominated by American users. Just find an African or South African dating site and you will have more luck :) The ugly truth is, that many on here are looking for an American wife/husband so they can get out of their own country. Which means they won't be interested in a man from their own country. Kinda like an uphill struggle. Best find love on a national/regional dating site. | |

I get your point, but you'd be surprised there's quite a lot of locals using the platform I've even spotted a couple from my neighborhood. Plus the person who referred me here has had good experience.
Now it seems I was a little impatient, so I toned down quest to date, start enjoying forums and making friends, now replies are coming in. Now it's all fun when I less expected.
