Considering that I'll be sixty early next year, I'm in an excellent mental and physical condition, approximately that of a forty year old.
Admittedly, I did undergo a two year course of TA-65 that helped enormously. It was expensive and would be even more expensive now but even at a total cost of £3,600 it's the best use of money that I can imagine.

Tell us more?

Some people age well!

Do you think you have ?

You're a senior at 55.

If you don't accept that, you're Unrealistic. :grinning:

I'm not really sure what a 58 year old is supposed to look like, so I have no clue whether I'm aging well or not.

Older is not just about looks but physical.

Some people are 50 but look 70.

I'm doin OK, I've outlived most of the male family. Mom lived to 98 her mom lived to almost 90 and that took a major surgury to stop her. Don't know my purpose but I'm still vertical. LOL

That's good.

55 - I feel ok with myself. I notice some others my age look pretty good compared to me. I just try to be fair & true to myself. The road to this spot in my life has been a bit rough at times.. so there was bound to be some dents and scrapes.. bigsmile

TA-65 is extracted from Astragalus root and what it does is rebuild the telomeres that cap every cell. Every time our cells divide, the telomeres shorten until our cells can no longer replicate and this is one of the primary causes of aging. By rebuilding these telomeres, TA-65 reverses a lot of the damage caused by aging and acts to rejuvenate us.

I think so, it's just a very expensive treatment. When I took the course a few years ago it cost me £3,600 for two years. I was looking at current prices and for the same strength and amount it now costs between £486 to £500 for three months worth.

I have looked into it now ,I would be really worried about buying it as it seems so unregulated

It is classed as a supplement but I always bought it from the company that's licensed to produce it. Personally, I think it was the best thing that I could have done in terms of health improvement.

NAD+ is also a good metabolic booster and considerably cheaper than TA-65.

Many people just take a multi vitamin and that helps with Energy levels.

As do I but I also take a core group of things like Astragalus root, Quercitin, Transresveratrol and Ginko Biloba. The Ginko Biloba has been especially good at keeping my wits going .
