You need to find things to take your mind off it.. Keep yourself busy, wear yourself out so to speak then you're so tired you can't think about anything...

I prefer to go to sleep without any sleep aids myself. As they always seem to stay with me into the next day when I should be awake. But then 1/2 a vicodin will knock me out for 2 days |
