Texas filed a lawsuit with the US Supreme Court challenging election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on grounds they violate the constitution.

When these states try to subvert the constitution (for reasons unknown) they are essentially stealing the votes from all the states that run an election within the bounds of the constitution. Texas sees this, why aren't the other states backing them up?

Because it looks like the other states are run by a bunch of crooks from top to bottom including the judges who decided "there wasn't enough evidence" for a lawsuit.

I'm not even in the US but I'm following this and I hope this steal is not allowed to go through because there was so much cheating (by the so-called democrats) during the voting process it's infuriating. This isn't about republicans or democrats but about dishonesty and cheating to steal the presidency.

The lawsuits has nothing to do with evidence (or a lack of), has everything to do with constitution.... but you're right about the crooks!

Well, if these "judges" think there is no evidence -despite the fact that there's tons of evidence of vote fraud and they know it- then don't expect these judges to care about the constitution. By hook or by crook, they want Trump out and Biden in. And that's all they seem to care about. They're a bunch of hypocrites and sellouts who are willing to twist the facts to suit their goals.

Hey bobtail, can you explain to me how the alleged findings of the lawsuit citing
“violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution, Art. II, § 1, Cl. 2”, actually violate that?
I truly don’t see it.

Also, are you aware that Paxton, the AG bringing the lawsuit, is currently
under indictment for security fraud charges and is now under a new FBI
investigation brought on by 7 senior lawyers in his office for bribery and
abuse of office. He doesn’t seem very credible.

This conduct is absurd now ... seems he is the one looking for all his GOP crowd to overturn their vote ... he is the one trying to commit fraud and negligence while he is in office ... for a country that has voted...
for democracy rather then being a dictator... he has committed so many crimes he can't get out of this is why he is being selfish for him self rather then for the United States ... there was a over whelming vote to get him out of the white house ... there was no fraud and they have proved this over and over with his lame protest ... and have been thrown out of court ... each time ... this will be know difference...he has only divided our country and embarrassed us enough from his weakness...to not take charge for the Virus and let so many down and so many die ... he blew his chance to redeem him self with his not ordering enough for our country ... wake up it is greed an power he has always seek ... he has crashed the markets ...he let those that needed job loose and so many out of work ...they can not keep up with ...for even food for their family let them loose their homes an places where they live not being able to pay the rent ... how does anyone say he was a good President ... when they all called him names in his own party & new he was not ... bulling anyone who did not agree with him ... look at those he fired could not even work well with the people who new their jobs ... he let them go ... he has let our country not be secure as it should be.... becouse of his twittering out things people should not know and even are enemy's... and has not care about anyone but the red states ... a President should care about 1 country an this man did not ... look at ever damn thing he has broken ... and still trying ... brokenheart

The votes are in, and have, according to several court rulings, been fairly counted.

No he can't and won't. Just like his fuhrer they never answer a direct question: most times it's ignored or if there's any kind of answer it will be with some bizarre sort of spin that sidesteps the issue, will be void of facts and nonsensical.
Trump and his cult have cemented their position in history as the most corrupt and flat out evil presidency in our nations history.

31 more days and the loony is gone forever! drinker

The same FBI that investigated Trump's campaign? They don't seem very credible either...

Don't mess with Texas... God love them!

Thanks for the video.

I share this view of the lawsuit “ it’s rests on a surreal alternate reality”.

Agreed.
