Hope you'll get it soon!
Fast internet is important, to me a necessity as I do everything online via PC, including watching series & movies.
I think I currently have 250/50 but if I want I can get up to 1000/100. I'm not interested in that. I don't need it but also costs an additional E20 p/month.

At the moment I’m getting 11mbps which is very sluggish and next week I’ll get 56.8 mbps. I should certainly be able to tell the difference.

I’m not paying anything extra for this as I negotiated a deal with my provider due to past problems. In fact, I’ll be paying less for it.....happy days!

That should make a difference indeed :)

Happy I upped my monthly utility payment (the same each month). I was paying enough but if I happen to use more gas now I'm bleeped by the end of this consumption year (July) and have to cough up extra. Been there, not again!

Kind of pis*ed. Just found out my step mother has gastric covid. I go see her every night and play with her cats and dog so now I have to stay away for a while.

Great after I've done my 1-Mile Walk again :) (Indoor fitness)
Hadn't done it for a week due to my lower back. But having done it for 18 weeks, 3-4x a week, it'd be a shame to let it slide now. And it feels great!!

Crystal what are you doing for your lower back issues? I have lower back issues and I see a chiropractor every 6 weeks but I don't think that is solving the problem.

OT: Like twiddling my thumbs

It depends. I see an osteopath quite regularly which does a lot as an osteo can also look at underlying issues and as far as I remember a chiropractor doesn't.
But of late I find that moving does help a helluva lot. I started walking every day for 20-30 mins when I quit smoking. I have been able to do that even when my lower back wasn't too happy, although then 20 mins was better than 30.
But it does help.
Part of my problem was changing from my old worn out chair that doesn't support anymore to the new one. Exact same model but since the old one was so old (over 10 yrs) the difference is enormous. Today is the first day in months that i have sat in the new one the entire day.

But a good therapist, which can also be a good physio, is helpful, and trying to find out what the cause it.
Moving more -within the limits of what you can do (not anything that taxes the back of course)- does help to get back the self-healing ability of the body. Takes time, I've been doing these daily walks for 4,5 months now. But it does help a lot!
Moving 'juices' the joints, helps lubricate them.

Oh, and I also do the Daily Energy Routine from Donna Eden, Eden Medicine, (on YouTube) which is very good to boost your health, and 1 part of that routine is specifically for the back. I sometimes do just that part which does indeed help.
That Daily Energy Routine takes 5-10 mins.

BTW at times it is also quite helpful to put a tennis ball between your back and a door or wall and roll over the painful or stuck parts of your back.
I've found this to be extremely helpful. Doing that has gotten me get through some difficult times when I was in serious pain.

You can also get a Thera Cane. An S-shaped device which can be used to self-massage your back, you can even do trigger points with it. I'm seriously thinking of getting myself one!
But the tennis ball has done wonders for me as well. I often need it for around my scapula / shoulder area at the back. Then it's easier to put it in a sock so you can hold it in place a bit.

Feeling so good to be able to inspire people and make them feel happy and good about themselves and life. I started to post regularly again on my Insta, but of course also still have my YouTube. And even though I haven't tens of thousands of followers, the feedback I get from people on regular basis is so heart-warming and that in turn inspires me to keep going. smooched
