A panic attack is a serious medical condition. Please look for professional help and don't look for "friends" to "chat" with.

you're right but it's not a panic attack like you're thinking ...I mean it's just you feel when someone ignore you that person you love or care about them :pensive:

You might find a different term then, as "panic attack" is very misleading. I would suggest something like "lonely" instead.

Okay, reading this now. Were you diagnosed by a professional, like I was? Mind me asking?

I think you're going to wrong direction I'm not a serious patient but sometimes I feel lonely and I already faced many fake people who just Said they loved me but they didn't ... like I don't know how to explain you

There are no easy answers m8, no quick fix.

Try to find enjoyment in the present.

It's thinking of the past that gives you grief, maybe worrying about the future doesn't help.

Get totally Zenned out

Life is full of disappointments, and the main thing is, not to give up and try again. Of course in real life as well, because on social media the danger, of falling into a trap in potentially higher.

But still, panic attacks/anxiety are medical terms, which should be diagnosed by a medical professional ... and I was

Sympathy can be found between
schitt and syphilis in the Oxford dictionary.

If you're really having a panic attack,
you already know the drill.

Take your meds,
and/or go seek professional help.

Then, get back to us, when you're
NOT faking distress trying to
get attention.

I have the same advice for both love and money....
If you give it, do it with no expectation of having it returned.
If you can not afford to give it in that way -then don't.
Some will return money -and some will return love -but give them just because it does someone good.

If you consider the good you are doing for another, you can be happy either way. If you consider what you will or will not get, you will be miserable most of the time.
