Absolutely, a buffet is a buffet whether free or not. Have you ever looked around at a buffet to see if anyone notices you keep going back?

Yup. Uncle Frank. He had black lung disease and I was about 10. It was the last time I saw him. HYE been whitewater rafting through Class 4 rapids? Class IV - Difficult. Long and powerful rapids and standing waves; souse holes and boiling eddies. Powerful and precise maneuvering required. Visual inspection mandatory. Cannot be run in canoes unless the craft is decked or properlyequipped with flotation bags. Advance preparations for possible rescue work important.

luckily .. not my experience ... at least not from my side ... HYE experienced that heart flutter at an extremely awkward moment , not talking erratic heartbeats!!!
