Maybe some issues or maybe you need to use the support for it.. I'm not sure in these to guide the correct path.. Hope they check it out!!

I don't even know, how many guys M2 has, to look after the financial stuff. Maybe it's only one person, who is very busy atm?

Because there is only deactivated/delete options in settings when I started app they told in email that there is a option of unsubscribe

In the Android app it is said: "subscription will automatically renew for the same package length at the same price until you cancel in setting in the Google Play store." Is there something similar in the iPhone app?
