Suggestions and speculations of possibility’s is not any way to convince anybody that someone is guilty of a crime. It’s been said you can “indict a ham sandwich” . At this point the investigation will go on thru the mid-term elections so it can be used politically to try to split the Republican Party. They know there was no Intent on Trumps part to commit espionage . That’s what kept Hillary from being indicted . It’s true he may not know the lawyer signed a affidavit saying all documents had been returned.

The Espionage Act doesn't require intent to commit espionage, but merely intentionally mishandling documents or intentionally taking or hiding them, is a felony.

Also, keeping said documents after being told to return them by DOJ is a pretty clear case of obstruction of justice, on top of all the other counts where President Trump tampered with witnesses and suborned perjury. That might have something to do with why this investigation is taking so long.

Why worry about perjury with Trump after FBI agent McCabe lied during his testimony and no democrats cared than. Same as Clapper and a few other democrats. Hypocrisy is intertwined in politics, we all get that . But it is so “ out there in your face” with democrats. Democrats can not win playing fairly , they have done nothing to help this country prosper. So they must try to destroy their opponents with false portrayals and slighted innuendos . That’s all they have to run on.

So, the DOJ under Trump declined to charge McCabe of perjury and you blame Democrats for this? Neat.

I mean, I'd like to see what you mean, but you're not making any sense. When your man DJT whines that the FBI didn't raid Hillary's home, you seem to agree with his reasoning. Like either all government officials should be locked up, or none of them. Never mind what they did. If McCabe's offense isn't bad enough to be charged, then maybe that's just it, and maybe it's not a partisan thing, because sure, underneath, we all know Bill Barr is just a big fat Liberal. Is that what you mean?

A Special Master has been approved to oversee the documents that the FBI took in a unprecedented raid on a former presidents home. This is something the FBI fought against . Why?? Well, we got a good idea…Lol. But the best part of this breaking news is that the Special Master is the same fisa judge that the FBI lied too about the fake pee dossier ( that Hillary Clinton paid for) to get a warrant to spy on Trump…. Sounds like the FBI will have credibility challenges with this judge from the get go.

The Special Master was appointed because the judge is a corrupt sycophant for Trump. Usually a Special Master would be needed to sort out privileged documents that belong to the defendant, but in this case, the classified documents don't belong to Trump, and he can't claim executive privilege. The FBI already sorted through the docs to set aside anything related to attorney-client privilege, so there's basically nothing left for the Special Master to do. They're also appealing Judge Cannon's ruling to the 11th Circuit, so we'll see if it even stands past Tuesday night. As far as the suitability of the Special Master, he was suggested by Trump's lawyer, so yeah.

So because this judge agreed that both sides should be represented and approved of a non bias moderator you and democrats have a problem with that. It reminds me of the circus back a month or two ago with the J6 non-reality show. One sided. Seems as if the democrats think the justice system should bend to Their rule. I’m sure your right about the FBI already going thru the documents, which is not good considering the mistrust of the FBI by the American people. Many will wonder if fake documents or files have been added to the thousands of papers seized . Very arrogant when people accuse others of being corrupt because of their ruling, when they know Nothing about that person. Is this common among you democrats? What will it say to you if the 11th circuit court over rules the judges orders ? That that judge is a non- corrupt sycophant for Biden? Your double standards reek of liberalism.
