some of the "how to build a car" shows on The Speed Channel kinda suck, too. This goes especially for such crap-fests as "Truck U" and "Chop Cut Rebuild"- not only do they take the fun out of car repair, but the hosts of those shows little in the way of charisma or interest in what they're talking about. I'd rather see Ahhnold try to tell me how to install a ProCharger on a 2006 Ford F-150 than those dolts.

On the other hand, Spike TV's "powerblock" is pretty cool, if only because they've got mega-hottie Courtney Hansen as the emcee.
