How I'm Feeling???

i'm high and then low
my friends come and i go
how do they keep dealing?
if they only knew how i was feeling
happy to sad
excited to mad
it could be just days
or months of this faze
sometimes i love with all my heart
other times, from your love, i dart
level grounded to confused
appreciated to misused
when will this stop?
my brain's ready to pop!
i jump on a fast track
to keep myself from being abstract
restless to overly tired
dragging on to completely wired
i live up and down
soaring high then dropping to the ground
never know if it's that time
that my whole being worships my mind
always going to stuck in bed
breathing deep to not breathing, dead
