Forrest Gump dies and arrives at the Pearly Gates. There he's met by St Peter
St Peter Say's. "Hello Forrest, we've been expecting you, But you can't go through the gates until you have answered three questions. And they are, How many day's of the week begin with "T". How many seconds are there in a year, and what is God's first name,?" Forrest stands there scratching his head. St Peter said. "It's alright Forrest you can have some time to think about them, come back here when you think you have the answer's." A couple of hour's later Forrest turns up again St Peter say's. "O.K Forrest, How many day's of the week begin with "T" Forrest say's. "Three." St Peter said. "No Forrest your wrong." Forrest said. "Gee there's gotta be three." St Peter said. "Well tell me how you arrive at three then?" Forrest said. "There's To-day, To-morrow and Tuesday." St Peter said. "I obviously didn't explain the question well enough to you, so I guess I'll have to let that one go. Alright then, how many seconds are there in a year?" Forrest said. "Twelve." St Peter said. "No Forrest this time your well out." Forrest said. "Gee there's only gotta be twelve." St Peter said. "O.K tell me why you think there's only twelve." Forrest said. "There's the second of January, second of February, second of March........" St Peter said. "Stop Forrest, I can see were we are going now, you obviously have not understood the questions, so again I must give you the benefit of the doubt. The final question then. What is God's first name?2 Forrest replied, "Howard." St Peter amazed said. "How do you get Howard then?" Forrest said. "It's in the prayer." St Peter said. " What prayer is that Forrest?" Forrest said. "You know! The one that say's, Our Father, who art in Heaven, Howard be thy name!"   |
